Family Visits
We know that many of you are planning to visit during
the year. These visits are wonderful and eagerly anticipated
by your sons. We would like to outline a few key points
regarding our policy on parent visitations.
- If possible, please plan to come during one of
the yeshiva breaks. A
yearly calendar has been sent by email. Please note
that the grey, shaded areas, are official yeshiva breaks. On
Thursday, December 25th, we have a Parent-Son tiyul,
which is a highlight of the year.
- If you cannot come during one of the breaks, we
strongly recommend the
Dads to consider spending at least part of your vacation
here at the
yeshiva, learning with your son. There is no better
way to bond with him,
meet his friends and Rebbeim and better understand
the things he is experiencing, than to experience it
with him in the Beit Midrash! You are also welcome
to spend Shabbat with the yeshiva at any time.
- Our experience has shown us time and again that
prolonged parents'
visitations can be disruptive to the flow and "groove" of
the student. Therefore, if you are visiting, and want
to tour around Israel, we ask that you take your son
for only 2 days/3 nights.
- There are apartments for rent in Ramat Beit Shemesh
Aleph. Please contact us if you are interested in
exploring this option.
